A system manager is required for each installation of Great Plains Classic Accounting. These prices are for the MicroFocus version. The Enhancement Plan is required for all new purchases. The annual cost is 18% of current system list price, including System manager. The Enhancement Plan is required to receive upgrades and updates for existing modules. They are included in the price of the plan. Upgrades to the latest release within your version is 10% of Retail Price. Upgrades to the next level release is 20% of Retail Price. If you are on maintenance contract you receive upgrades with out additional cost.
