REMOTE BAR-CODE INVENTORY CONTROL AND PHYSICAL INVENTORY SYSTEM. The fully automated warehouse carousel system saves warehouse space, man-power, and automates the picking procedure. When an order is entered, the line items are sent to the automated system, batch based upon optimum picking location, and the material is then sent to the packer, all automatically. The packer confirms the order, it is consolidated and then sent to RealWorld for billing. This interface also includes receipt of goods into purchasing and inventory adjustments used in cycle counting.

REMOTE BAR-CODE INVENTORY CONTROL AND PHYSICAL INVENTORY SYSTEM. This module will interface with either M3000 portable terminals, or Intermec trakker portable terminals. These are portable that collect the data by entry or bar code reader and then downloads the data and update the RealWorld/CompuAll databases.

WIRELESS REMOTE BAR-CODE INVENTORY CONTROL AND PHYSICAL INVENTORY SYSTEM. This module will interface with Radio Frequency (RF) wireless portable terminals and query or update the CompuAll/RealWorld databases on-line and real-time.

THERMAL BAR CODE PRINTING, This module prints bar codes to thermal transfer printers. We have standardized on the Intermec line of printers, but this system will work with any brand of printer.

BAR CODE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. This system is used to Bar Code the physical inventory. CompuAll's Bar Code software will print Bar Codes from RealWorld. Bar Code equipment, scanners, and printers are available. This software interfaces with I/C or O/E to generate Bar Code shipping orders and Bar Code work orders. The system also prints Bar Code labels for your physical inventory. This system prints bar-codes on laser printers or Epson compatible dot matrix printers.

QUICK INVENTORY LOOKUP SCREENS, These screens can be processed from the operating system prompt or from the RealWorld/CompuAll menu systems. It displays up to fifteen items per screen. You can see multiple or single warehouse information, item quantities only. This enhancement will save many hours of time for inventory control and data entry operators they can see summary information and detail information. These screens also work with the serialization process, where you can search items by serial numbers, expiration dates or lot numbers.

ENHANCED KIT PROCESSING AND WORK ORDER PROCESSING. This feature gives the user the capability of a full Manufacturing system without the complications. Multi-level kit processing (Bill of Materials) lets the user generate Work Orders for more than one level of kits. It provides more detailed reports showing Work Order status, customer order status, and purchase order status.

LOT CONTROL, EXPIRATION DATE CONTROL AND SERIAL NUMBER CONTROL; allows the user to track inventory: From Receiving (showing where product came from) Through the Work Order (showing what changes were made to the product) To Shipping (showing what customer will receive the product) Incorporated in this process is multi-bin location, many inventory query screens, new standard reports, printing of package tickets.

MORE ITEM DESCRIPTION. Now you have 4 lines of description used throughout the system. This provides ninety characters that can be used in product description. This change is carried over to Order entry, Purchasing and Accounts Receivable systems as well as many other reporting functions.

IMPORT/EXPORT-PRINTING OF BILL OF LADING AND PACKAGE TICKETS. This process is used for larger inventory items that require truck transportation. The inventory system will automatically print a Bill of Lading and Packing Ticket for shipment. This will reduce costs by eliminating the cost of having to hand type these types documents as well as providing better traceability. The system automatically assigns Bill of Lading and Package Ticket numbers, it knows the Sales Order number, Invoice number, Customer number, items that are being shipped, who the carrier is, etc.

IMPORT/EXPORT-SEPARATE INVENTORY COST BY WAREHOUSE: change average cost to be broken down by warehouse. Many companies that distribute products throughout the United States and/or the World have the need for different item costing for different warehouse locations. This enhancement provides for that requirement. This can also be used by Import and Export operations transport inventory throughout the World.

MULTI-BIN INVENTORY CONTROL LOCATIONS. The standard Inventory Control package displays only one available location within a warehouse for each item. This enhancement provides for multiple warehouse bins per item. This is a more accurate and easier way of tracking and reporting your inventory.

PRICING: automatic updating prices from a flat ascii file. This is used for wholesale distributors who get electronic pricing, and can now automatically update there own prices.

PRICING/CATALOG. You are able to print catalogs for all different price levels: end user, wholesale, and dealer.

INQUIRY AND VIEW ITEMS ONLY. This is an amazing screen that provides the Order Entry operator and Inventory Control Analyst with all the information they need without being able to update. Plus, it displays up to fifteen items per screen. You can see multiple or single warehouse information, item quantities only. This enhancement will save many hours of time for the data entry person as well as for the Inventory Control person.

SHORT STOCK STATUS REPORT requires much less paper to print. It is single spaced and much easier to read.

STATUS FILE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED. When adding items, the status file is automatically added with default values.

ITEM SPECIAL SEARCH, INQUIRY AND VIEW ITEMS ONLY. It displays up to fifteen items per screen. One is able to see multiple and single warehouse information for item quantities only. This, alone, will save the order entry and inventory persons many hours of time.

ITEM WEIGHT AND SHIPPING WEIGHT OF AN ITEM. This information displays on the item file as well as the order entry and the professional invoicing screens. There is also the number of pieces per case. So anyone knows how many pieces there should be in a master carton.

AVERAGE COST MAINTENANCE; user can update item average cost.

STANDARD COST MAINTENANCE; provides capability to mass update the standard cost from another existing system or spreadsheet, etc.

ITEM FILE CHANGE, SALES AND EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. Mass change of the account fields.

ITEM NUMBER CHANGE, This gives you the capability to change item numbers where you never had the capability before.

ITEM FILE IMPORT. This allows the user to import, from other formats, item description, prices and other data into your RealWorld Item file.

MASS DELETE. This allows the user to delete a range of items, using certain logic, such as past 12 months usage, etc.

EXPANDED ITEM CATEGORY AND SUBCATEGORY. This provides a fifty character description of the item category and fifty characters for the sub-category. Many have felt that the item description in the RealWorld program is too short. This modification provides much more item description.

WORK ORDERS ADDED AUTOMATICALLY. For "make to order" shops, this adds Work Orders, automatically, for Sales Order in OE or AR.

COMPLETE INVENTORY TRACKING SYSTEM; provides the client with many new reports and files for tracking problems during the months of inventory transactions. The user can look at Month to Date, Prior Months or Year to Date transaction registers. The Transaction History file may be used for I/C audits, physical inventory audits, etc. This file also displays the operator who processed the inventory transaction.
